Right you are. It happens first by being in the wash of it, and then by doing the work of it.
The wash of it, because it's not something that can actually be learned, but it can permeate your electrical life, to the point where you carry it in small, but powerful 'encapsulated' form.
Later, of course, doing the work of it, to 'un-encapsulate' it and become it. Amazing thing, this Emin! I am humbled at the vastness and strengthened by the many gems along the way.
